Like all utopias,
World Corporation is set in the structures of its day -- while Augustine set his in the
City of God, the New Harmony experiment was set in the early/mid industrial age, and the hippie communes of the 60’s were set in a back to the earth movement, Gillette set his as a corporation. As outlined here and in his prior volume
The Human Drift, Gillette’s outcome and ideal world vary in only minor points of obtainment from Marx -- Gillette from the top down and Marx from the bottom up.
Another MR member has stated that they would not like to live in a utopia and I agree. To me it is something more like a ring of Dante’s than it is Valhalla.
