I am still puzzled. Do I have this correct?
You can manually add files to the reader and they are good but not manually add them to the sd card?
When you send them to the reader itself using Calibre they are good also?
No matter the method to get them there, when you use an sd card there is a problem?
If the above is correct, how are you formatting the sd cards?
