Hi ElizabethN,

I'm not an expert, so I will defer to anyone with more knowledge, but it looks like you might have two problems:

Failed to initialize plugin: u'C:\\Users\\Elizabeth\\AppData\\Roaming\\calibre\ \plugins\\Goodreads Metadata.zip'

and

ValueError: time data u'2012-07-03T00:00:00+00:00' does not match format '%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S.%f'

the ValueError is in the process of being fixed. This fix alone might solve the problem. I don't know about the initialization failure. Davefor might (will) be able to offer better advice (he posted in this thread) pm (private message) him.
