It was the set-up for a call/response spam. The OP says, "I need help with something." The same person with a different name comes in and "helpfully" suggests the OP go to a website that has everything that was asked for. Ususally with porn sites and dating services included for no extra charge. Of note, the OP has not posted any other messages...
