The answer to my 1th email was an automated message,
the answer to my 2nd email was a "sorry, not possible"
but the answer to my 3rd email was "we disabled the offers".
All sent the same day...
How come you have the Special Offers Kindle?
I told them mine was a gift, that I really do not want this kind of kindle and "please help!"
Of course, I say again, I didn't have many options, it was impossible to return it.
Couldn't you return it and buy the one you want?
Maybe you should tell them you are willing to do almost anything, from paying to breaking it, to get rid of the ads.
