there is an article in News and Commentary by some creting going on about ereaders not being great gifts... a very interesting comment at the original source makes one wonder;

As for the Nook, we don't know yet that it's better than the Kindle. Nobody has one. And by the way, B&N and their Nook is being sued for stealing their e-book design from Spring Design (Alex e-reader). Who knows where that will go, but Spring Design has shown that they definitely have a good case.

could this be part of the hold up?
