Okay, looked up the other mentions of this in the "vent and rant" thread.

I don't understand something-- you say he had been on those pills for 10 years. But pills are intentionally made in different sizes, shapes, and colors, and each of them has an identification code stamped in them. Shouldn't he have noticed that they weren't the same pills he had been taking for 10 years?
