-Papi47, you could get a copy of the code from dadalo and see if dachrist redeemed it. If dachrist didn't redeem it, you could use it and then send the next code to the next person. Anyone who was on the list for this, but hasn't been around for a while, the next codes could be held for them.
Also, a new code could be requested from Baen by dadalo, as dadalo was the last one who verified they had the code. As long as you have that particular Bundle in your Baen account, you can request a replacement code from Baen.

-Dadalo would just need to tell them they tried to Gift the Oct. 2012 Bundle and the person didn't receive the Code/Email, use your (Papi47's) email to give to Baen.

-There have been these sorts of problems on other Bundle threads and they Emailed Baen and got it resolved. But, first be sure dachrist has redeemed the code before emailing Baen.
