He also has a second book out, I think...

His book(s) are probably not to be read for their masterful plot development, but rather for the myriad laugh out-loud funny scenes along the way.

The introduction to Iain Banks' "The Business" had me laughing like a maniac too. The rest of it is good too... but not comedic. The introduction though... hilarious!!
