Compatibility mode seems to help. At least my reader will now disconnect when I click on the button. However, I still get the error window every time that asks, "Do you want to scan and fix reader (F
?" Scanning fails as you would expect. So I usually click on continue, but waiting for this window every time I connect my reader is a real pain.
