Now this is a company keen on providing EXTRA value to their customers, essentially placing their ebooks as a far superior medium than the print could ever have been. I can now see it's business models like these that will storm the castle, to quote Steve Jordan from another thread. While they provide extra, their competitors are striving to take away value in what they sell. But give time it's due and the bad players will be weeded out.
