Thanks for this. The 'remove unused images' and 'remove broken TOC entries' were very useful when splitting a book bundle omnibus into single books.
I used Sigil to remove unused css files physically and from the opf <manifest> and (for completeness) other references to missing files from the opf <guide>. This was easy enough, but if you were looking for potential extra
