my Kindle is currently with the following software:

Kindle 2 International
Software: Kindle 2.5.8 + UFH 0.3

It cannot show Chinese characters and I want to install the pack by NiLuJe instead. However, I am now unable to uninstall the UFH. Anyone can help here?
