I have been collecting ebooks in a large range of formats for over 15 years, even Wordstar format and the collection now stands at something like 10,000 volumes. I am on the blind register, with some residual sight and have not been able to read printed books for many years. My wife recently bought me a Kobo which is wonderful and I am using that wonderful program Calibre mainly on Ubuntu because I think it runs better there. We have also just rushed into the 20st Century a got a Samsung Galaxy Note which in the right light and with a following wind I can sometimes see.
