If you look at the map of Westeros and flip Dorne around (making it Cornwall, I think?) then southern Westeros looks a bit like England.
Narrow Sea = English Channel?
The Wall = Hadriens Wall?
The people beyond the wall = the Picts/Scots? (who, as every good Englishman knows, are crazy.
