If you can wait, it always makes sense to wait for one of Fictionwise's great sales. They occasionally have ones where you can even get the big rebates (>35%) even if paying via Micropay.

If you can't wait for new books and don't have your heart set on something in particular, your next best bet is to buy a couple of the 100% rebate books, and then save the rebates for the future great sales.
