to turn on/off usb networking you need launchpad.

create file usbnetworking.ini in launchpad folder.

and write inside it:

[Actions]
;usbNetwork
N = !/test/bin/usbnetwork &

You can switch with SHIFT+N

If you made everything right, kindle says "Success!" at the bottom of the screen.
