entire body copied to end?
What could I have inadverdently done that would duplicate the entire text of a multi-file Sigil project to the end of the final chapter? Maybe connected with a previous global Search/Replace? But it was a normal text-string replacement which seemed to do what it was told to, nothing clever.

This has happened on two different documents. I haven't investigated rigorously yet. But perhaps someone recognises the problem?

Windows 7-64. Latest beta.
