The reasons for Amazon removing and refunding that particular book are well known and have nothing at all to do with the content of the book or the fact that somebody is reading it. It is pointless trying to come up with extra paranoid theories. Discussion of known facts like the upload of logs to Amazon is fine but you're just making stuff up now.
