Ok, I've found out my problem.
Both the reader or my computer are not authorized!
However, I'm at a loss as to how to authorize them, as I cannot see the authorize button in the "my sony" section?
is register a product and Authorize the same thing?? I honestly don't know where/how to authorize my computer and reader
