That happened to my hubby once. After alot of tests they decided it must have been a bad case of indigestion.
Severe chest pains happened to my daughter when she was 15. Was painful just trying to breathe. Turned out to be air in her colon. Was given Codine until it eased up days later.
My mom had chest pains and after tests, turned out to be a pulled muscle.
Let's hope they diagnose something relatively minor like that for you.
