Elizabeth Taylor has
got to be on that list somewhere. But when you say 2011, is she qualified?
How does Forbes compare these people? Since they are dead, and probably died in different times, do they compare average earnings and adjust for inflation, or do they just compare the highest yearly income in these peoples career?
