Wouldn't you expect this anyway?
Apple just make high-end devices. HTC and Samsung have a range of cheaper devices which would not get such a high satisfaction rating.
It's still a valid metric, but doesn't reveal whether users of high end HTC and Samsung smartphones are less satisfied than their Apple brethren.
