Just a note to say thank you to this forum. I bought a Kobo Glo a couple of days ago and couldn't get it to go wireless. Even after trying to get help from both Kobo and Telecom. After reading here I used the reset factory button and then started again using the Wi Fi setup. Yeah it can now go online :-) Thank you
