I have the same problem, but I cannot make too much use of the above mentioned HTML code...
What exactly do I need to do in Mobipocket Reader to remove the hyperlinks and/or the underlining to when I transfer the PDF into an ebook and put it on kindle, whole paragraphs are not underlined?
