Hi all,

I couldn't find how to do this. My kindle now has only the bottom 20% of it's screen working, and I'd like to hack this device to see what usefulness I can squeeze out of it.

I can't say for sure what firmware is running on it, and I'm sure if I wanted to jailbreak, I'll need to do some menu guessing to trigger the firmware upload.

If anyone has any posts on dealing with these issues, I'd appreciate it muchly.
