In fact, (if I understand correctly what you're asking for) you can to this in Freda. The option is concealed in a rather obscure location, though - it is at:
Options>Book Properties,Para Layout.
Select 'Obey Style Sheet' to follow whatever layout the epub file indicates, or pick 'Justify' or 'Align Left' to overrride that.

By the way, Freda v2.0 is getting closer to release. Expect performance and GUI improvements, features for accessing on-line libraries, etc. ...
