Importing multiple images

Hi All,

I have to import 102 images into an ebook. What's the quickest way of getting these into the images folder in Sigil. I think it might be unzipping the epub and simply copying the images into the sub-folder in Windows and zipping it all back up, but I've never done this.

Also, all the images have descriptions of the image in the file name with spaces would it be better to rename these as, say, image001, image002, etc?

Thanks in advance.

John.
