The last part is probably caused by that I put the device in sleep mode and then connected usb. Then device woke up from sleep mode.

I have enabled Telnet/FTP USB (
https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Kobo_Touch_Hacking ). These are the modules that loaded to make it work. No other modules seems to be loaded.
