Yes. But Read the sticky for the conversion sub-forum about PDF conversion. Use HTMLZ to produce a single file HTML output. HTMLZ has a few options as to how to handle CSS. The default is to place the CSS in an external file. You might be better off using the class with inline handling option.

Also, HTMLZ is single file HTML with aux files such as images inside of a zip archive with the extension set to htmlz.
