Thanks again kiwidude, that's what I'm going to do.
Yeah I wasn't planning on mess with the calibre directory, I know that would be really bad to say the least.
And once done I'll need to figure out a good way to go through the rest of the library and delete duplicates. Haven't figured it out yet though.
