Just search for either "Net Assets" or "Carl Bussjaeger". This is a great libertarian SF work and is the first of a planned trilogy. "Bargaining Position" is done and being edited and "Caveat Emptor" is about 65% complete. Plus Carl has gathered 23 short stories from his submissions to the older newsletter "Doing Freedom" and is about to release them in an anthology titled "The Anarchists".
