Released in Japan recently and someone posted a link in the Firmware 2.0 thread. I've had no problems with it, except for a partial incompatibility with Kobo Desktop. But others have had various problems.

No date for a release in the rest of the world, but the Kobo project manager in this forum says it's not too far off.
