This was an unpleasant surprise this morning after updating last night. As others have said, Stanza whilst old still outperforms the others. As I verified this morning. It is also the app that I use the most on my pad.

Tried bluefire (no calibre support?), i2reader (buggy), megareader (wtf! Who designs interfaces like that), kobo (noisy junk no calibre), iBooks (primitive no calibre), kindle (ok if you like closed systems), and a few others..

At present I think Shubooks looks like the best of the bunch. Had to change the font size without gestures, and set the flag to restart where I left off. Like the dropbox. I was a bit worried when I saw the Chinese all over the AppStore but works well in english.

It isn't Stanza, but it is under active development with Active support.

Amazon should release the stanza code if they aren't going to develop it. I'd spare some time to bug fix it (as well as c++, I speak objective c and java). Grrr...
