Not to be a snob but I really try to watch theatrical movies in OAR (Original Aspect Ratio) even if it means some black bars on my TV. This way I get the original experience.
I kind of feel the same standards should apply to these interviews.
(Of course I would have to read them under the covers with a flashlight to really reproduce my original experience.)
