You guys seem to be having a lot more luck than me at purchasing.
Tried getting it shipped to a us billing and shipping address with a usa vpn and nz card - card was declined.
trid shipping to thai and nz addresses direct - both no go.
Given up and will just get a kindle now the price has dropped
