I have updated the plugin to version 1.5.0.

In the "Manage Search-by-authors results" dialog the "Discard Existing" button has been changed to "Update Existing". This now adds missing metadata (including Overdrive links) to corresponding calibre books that were manually added subsequent to an Overdrive search. Entries for those books are still removed from the Search-by-authors results.
