Yeah, it's crashing. But on the upside, you really don't need the SuperUser app. The firmware is rooted as s. You can check if root is working by running Titanium Backup for example.

I've seen that as well, no idea what's causing it. My advice is to use a2sd to install all apps on SD, then make regular backups of the a2sd partition (remember to keep the permissions and ownerships intact!) once you have a working system. If the system screws up after playing with it, just restore the backup.
