The KFire will natively display PDFs, though they are pretty bad and some of the formatting is missing. I'm not sure what app it uses, but it looks and acts like the Kindle app, so it probably is. There are many alternatives.

ezPDF Reader: $0.99, better than the stock PDF reader app, but really not that good.
Adobe Reader: Free, much better than the stock PDF reader app.
