I'm using the latest version (0.9.16) - it updates almost every time I run it! I'm on Windows 7 64 bit (I have both 32 and 64 bit Calibre installed)
I have nothing like the number of options you do, I have
two items (as above). I don't have a regular menu, just big buttons with chevrons, even when I hit the ALT key.
How do I get a menu like yours? I tried resetting to default, but it made no difference.

That's precisely my point - a
current search takes you to
old information, with no way to get to the correct information. I had to sign up and post to get it; is that the plan?
