That's a spec that I haven't seen on another tablet yet for 500 dollars. ifixit said materialwise it'd cost 250 dollars.
The galaxy tab with lesser material amounts to 280 dollar.
Besides that Apple probably bought out all production capabilities for 9,7" screens for this and next year, it's pretty hard for a competitor to match that price.
