Very strange, this works for me:

for section in soup.findAll('section'):

    for post in section.findAll('a', {'class': 'package-link'}):

        print post

Are you sure that you aren't somehow terminating your for-loop prematurely or have some specific control structures that prevent the post from getting printed? More code would be helpful.
