Thanks man, but I did a factory reset and ended up reinstalling JB/screensaver hack, It's all working as it should, I'd much preferred finding the problem as it's better for other users when trouble shooting.
I'm going to install some of the other hacks and keep retesting the screensaver cover hack to see if something knocks it out.
