I am a paid subscriber to Dropbox with 200G of space, and I use most of that. There is a way around the iPhone OS limitation that I use when I need to get into my stuff on my older iPhones, and that is to simply access the mobile Dropbox site using Safari (or any other mobile browser). I can download or view my files from there - no need for the Dropbox app.
