The key requirement to using any of the Cloud based solutions with calibre2opds is that they give you a way of getting a URL to a base folder (the calibre library and then allow you access all files/folders contained within that as relative URL's.
Dropbox meets that requirement. SugarSync (at the moment) does not. I do not know about box.net - could not decide from a quick skim through the web site.
