E-book readers mentioned... positively, no less... in Jan 09 Popular Science

Although it's not up on their website yet, the January 09 Popular Science (I believe it's on shelves now) has an article highlighting two existing e-book readers--the Sony PRS-700 and the iRex Digital Reader--and an upcoming reader, the Plastic Logic Reader.

They portray readers in general, and these in particular, in a positive light, with no snide cracks or offhand light but negative comments, are clearly impressed with the e-ink technology. This is in contrast to previous articles, where they always have some comment that makes it clear that the editors weren't particularly enamored with the tech, or the promise, of e-books.
