Never mind -I found a converter on MR from 2008 that worked ok. It converted the .imp to an .lrf file, and Calibre converted it to rtf. After that a bit of editing was required to delete a bunch of 'UNKNOWN' and 'span' statements, and to convert an odd symbol to em dash.
