In tweaks settings (German): 'Webbroweser Verknüpfung'

- The word 'Webbrowser' should be enough because adding an item is declared in the title of that section. And 'Start Menü' is one German word: 'Startmenü'. - You could translate 'Random stuff' to 'Verschiedenes'.
