So you need TWO computers in addition to your kindle? Umm... no thanks!

But then of course, you can run the webserver and browser on the same PC (localhost connection 127.0.0.1).

And AJAX apps are not without problems themselves (but better than in the early LAMP days when I did it, back in the late 90's to about 2001).
