... and a final George Orwell work of non-fiction
The Road to Wigan Pier was written by George Orwell and published in 1937. The first half of this work documents his sociological investigations of the bleak living conditions amongst the working class in Lancashire and Yorkshire in the industrial north of England before World War II. The second half is a long essay of his middle-class upbringing, and the development of his political conscience, which includes a questioning of some aspects of British attitudes and behaviour regarding socialism. The other Orwell I posted recently used the Fontin family of fonts, which doesn't have any fraction characters (e.g 1/2, 1/4, 3/4). This book needs them, so I haven't embedded a font. Hopefully the default will do for you - it works for me
